In lieu of GES 162, students may take a PCS (or other introductory) class that addresses justice with relevance to the climate crisis, with advisor approval.

In lieu of GES 319 and GES 319L, students may demonstrate proficiency in climate science through completion of Mastering En-ROADS by Climate Interactive, with advisor approval.
